Billing Account Set Up
To simplify registration, we have moved to a direct debit system. Midweek sessions will be billed to the registered card every four weeks. You will always get a notification three days before any payment is due. If you are reserving a space for a trial session, you will not be charged.
If you are cancelling or change your mind about registration, just let us know so we can cancel your subscription, or we can quickly refund any payments.
To complete registration, every member must have a designated bank card for billing. You can always change your card details in the future by letting a team member know via e-mail.

Cancellation policy
Please note, you can cancel or update your billing account anytime. Members will usually receive a notification 3 days before any agreed payment is taken. If a transaction requires a refund, simply notify Highgate Rangers via e-mail ([email protected]) and a full refund will be processed with 7 days of the request.
