ESTABLISHED 2003
Highgate Rangers was originally established in 2003 when Andrew Neophytou was asked by some parents to form a team to compete in the Market Road league. In 2007 Junior Ogunyemi took over as Head coach and the club has since been one of North London’s fastest growing grassroots organisations in the country. Every week we bringing together over 200 kids, parents and coaches to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all. In recent years we have introduced our girls only teams and have over 16 teams in total. Our teams compete regularly in the Camden and Regents Park Youth League on Saturdays.
Highgate Rangers has now become an award-winning charter standard club and still enjoys great success each year. We are an official FA wildcats Franchise. We also host training in schools, at charity events, birthday parties and are regular contenders at local tournaments.
The clubs ethos has always been centred around including every child in the fun element of football. Nevertheless, the popularity of the club has also attracted attention from premiership teams. We make it our personal goal every season to be able to develop several players who can then be linked to these professional academies. In the past 3 years we have had players scouted by teams such as Chelsea, Norwich, Arsenal, QPR, Crystal Palace, Reading, Fulham and Tottenham Hotspurs.
