Social distancing

Highgate Rangers Coaching Staff will ensure that social distance is always observed between themselves and a parents, as well as between different customer groups. Our staff will also ensure that each booking will be allocated one set of toilets where possible for the duration of their booking and we ask that customers only use their designated toilet.
It is each lead customer’s responsibility to ensure that social distance is observed with their attendees and anyone associated with their booking on site. Customers must accept this responsibility before attending the site, and School Space will work with customers to advise them on how to make this possible in the spaces they use but the responsibility for implementation will rest with the customer

- A coach will meet the children in their space at the end of their session, and see them out of the building.
- We have limited the numbers of attendees to ensure we have enough space to run a safe, socially-distanced session, this means late booking may be turned away.
During the camp:
- Each group will act as a “bubble”. All children will be reminded to remain with their group and not to interact with others on site.
- When a group is indoors, we advise that windows are open to increase ventilation.
- Children are welcome to bring their own antibacterial hand sanitiser and wipes for use during their letting. However these will also be provided
- When children are gathered in communal space, they are encourage to observe the 2 meter rule and use hand sanitisers before entering the room.
- We ask that children bring their own water bottles as drinking directly from water stations is prohibited. Water access is available to fill up these bottles.
- If a child is believed to be showing any symptoms, we will isolate that child until a parent is able to collect them. To save this from happening please check your child temperature before leaving him.
- Children are not permitted to share food with anyone else, and lunch boxes will be kept in a safe location.
Cleaning and maintenance:
- Highgate Rangers will identify touch points, such as door handles and taps, for each specific space and ensure that these are cleaned with disinfectant before and after any visitors attend the site.
- Highgate Rangers Coaches will check toilets before each day, to ensure there is an adequate supply of soap and paper towels.
- If customers are using any equipment, they must ensure that it is wiped down with disinfectant at the end of their session. This includes tables and chairs.
- Our contracted professional cleaning service will carry out a deep clean throughout the school at the end of each day
