Billing Account Set Up
To make registration simpler, we have now moved to an direct debit system. Term fees will be processed once at the start of of every term so you no longer need to worry about forgetting to make payment or missing invoices. If you are cancelling or change your mind about registration just let us know so we can cancel subscription or we can easily refund any payments. You will always get a notification 3 days before any payment is due.
This system also means you no longer need to have cash to purchase kits, book parties or any other service. We will simply send you a confirmation of the amount and payment will be processed on your account.
In order to complete registration , every member will need to have a designated bank card set up for billing. You can always change your card details in the future by letting a member of the team know via e-mail.

Cancellation policy
Please note, you can cancel or update your billing account anytime. Members will usually receive a notification 3 days before any agreed payment is taken. If a transaction requires a refund, simply notify Highgate Rangers via e-mail (highgaterangers@gmail.com) and a full refund will be processed with 7 days of the request.
